Where is Hpa an and is it safe to travel there?
Hpa An is now a very peaceful place and it’s just 5-6 hours drive from Yangon. Everyone can plan their holidays to Hpa An without permission from authorities. Myawaddy Border recently opened for E Visa entry starting from 01/09/2016, you can easily enter from that Thai- Myanmar border checkpoint.
How do we get to Hpa An?
The cheapest options are you can book the online bus ticket (3-4 times a day departure from Yangon) at Star ticket and Myanmar Bus Ticket as well as many bus ticket counters in Yangon. If you prefer private transportation service with other tour options you may request to us.
Do I need to bring my own bike?
We will provide you professional mountain bike for your convenience ride. All of the gears and equipment are inspected by our mechanic before departure to the trip. If you must bring your own bike, we can give the best advice and arrange for you.
What’re the routes like flat or hilly?
Your tour will be lead by our local guide Sein La Pyae who has much knowledge of Hpa An landscape and trails. All of the paved and unpaved roads are flat, and perfect for immature mountain bike cyclists (but need to have a medium physical fitness level).
